Withdrawal Procedure

Client shall submit APF Fund Withdrawal Form via email to clientservices@asiapacificfutures.com. Your funds will be transferred into the bank account maintained with us once we have processed your request. All bank fees incurred from the remittance of funds by APF shall be passed on to the Client accordingly.

How long does it take for my funds to be withdrawn?

For all withdrawal requests submitted before 11AM on a business day, withdrawals will be processed on the same day.
For all withdrawal requests submitted after 11AM on a business day or on a non business day, withdrawals will be processed on the next business day.
Kindly note that withdrawals may take up to 1-3 working days to be reflected in your bank account.

How long does it take for my funds to be deposited?

For all deposit requests submitted before 11AM on a business day, deposits will be processed on the same day.
For all deposits requests submitted after 11AM on a business day or on a non business day, deposits will be processed on the next business day.
Kindly note that deposits may take up to 1-3 working days to be reflected in your bank account.

APF does not charge administrative fees for withdrawals. However, all bank fees incurred from the remittance of funds by APF shall be passed on to the Client accordingly.
